We all know theres no shortage of amazing restaurants all over the Valley. Still sometimes you’re in the mood for adventure and some times you just want the sure bet. These three picks from Debbie are more like the sure bet type. Delicious food and great service that you can count on.

Number 3

Route 6 Cafe in Eagle Vail. A longtime locals favorite and for good reason. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Music, Bar, and excellent service. Everyone knows Ollie is the man.

Number 2

La Tour in Vail Village. If you can get a table at La Tour you should take the opportunity. Nationally recognized cuisine. Debbie loves the Pan Roasted Organic Scottish Salmon.

Number 1

Main Street Grill. Amazing food and fun atmosphere is why this restaurant is a long time local favorite. That and their St. Luis Pork Ribs. The mussels are also worth a mention.

We know its almost ski season, but here at Bloomingvails we had such a great summer season hiking that we wanted to share something with our customers that love summer in Vail just as much as winter.

Starting with number three, for Debbie’s Favorite Hikes of 2021, we find ourselves in Minturn. The Meadow Mountain hike in Minturn takes the bronze this year.

In the second spot for Debbie’s Favorite Hikes of 2021 we make our way west towards Edwards. The water tower hike in Homestead is the winner of the silver this year.

And for our number one favorite hike of the 2021 summer season at Bloomingvails Debbie has decided to stay in Edwards. Her most loved hike is the East Lake Creek Trail.

Debbie likes hikes that have plenty of shade, enough incline but not too much, and obviously lots of amazing scenery.
